Number 5 on your closing tools could actually be moved higher on the priority list. Perhaps try enlisting your hiring team before you’re down to the last few candidates. I know you suggested ways to do this in part one, but it can make a difference in employee engagement and your hiring process.]]></description>

I would find it more useful to learn how to hire better in the time-pressed, cheap, and under-supported recruiting envionments in which the vast majority of us (to varying degrees) usually work in.
