		<description><![CDATA[Thanks, Dr. Sullivan. It must be nice to work in a firm that has the time, money, and support necessary for Recruiting to be able to do this, but I haven&#039;t seen it more than a very few times in my many years of recruiting, and not for the past several years at all.

As an introductory step, you could ask the existing recruiting staff what causes things to be so messed up, and what WE&#039;D do to fix it, while making sure there aren&#039;t negative consequences for the truth-tellers. It&#039;s been my general experience that after a short time, most people know what can help make their jobs better, but are rarely asked for their input, and if asked, it&#039;s even more rarely that their input is implemented.
