Of the future predictions, I think the one most likely to come to fruition quickly is &quot;Integration of talent acquisition and talent management (that is pre and post hire HR activities)&quot;. Due to the silos across the employee lifecycle of most organisations, we are still seeing this as a nice to have, but it is changing as HR continues to improve its ability to speak to business leaders and demonstrate our ability to influence real life business issues at the senior level.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Interesting article! While I certainly find value in pre-employment assessments, I find that too often it is used as the single data point in decision making. Assessments need to be used as a tool in the recruiment process otherwise what is the point in conducting interviews if you are just going to fall back on the assessment?]]></description>
