Recruiters that take the time to build rapport and demonstrate genuine interest in their candidates have fewer instances of No Call No Show. It’s a fact. Candidates that feel their recruiters care about their personal and professional interests are less hesitant to say they are entertaining another offer or aren’t interested in the position.
