I completely agree. The Facebook Job Board and its UI is aesthetically unappealing and clumsy to navigate. Certain jobs require a sign-in (depending on which ATS the company is using) while others require you send a message along with your resume in a small pop-up window for messaging. Overall, Facebook definitely has the potential to utilize its 901 million users.

A little about me, I work for Identified where we sell Facebook solutions. Check out TalentLink, our job posting application on Facebook. HP Careers uses it. I think these types of apps, a cleaner UI and ease of contact, will help people convert to using Facebook as a viable platform to apply for and find jobs.
