Quite in agreement with this. Recruiters tend to quickly replace a profile if the previous one is rejected, & 90% of the timing, dont reflect to see how many have already hit the bins.. 1-4 is certainly a healthy way to move ahead towards fulfillment. This infact also brings in certain amount of sensitivity in all the 3parties involved internally, recruiter, sourcer & the hiring manager, where they would want to fix what is not working collaboratively. This also gives a higher confidence to the hiring manager that the recruiter is trying to deliver sensibly than just do blind paper pushing.. 1/4 is what should be the mantra for effective sourcing, fulfillment as well as business engagement..
