The CB tool is useful but it isn't science. You can find people in specialized industries, functions, zones but will they be the right workers? Will they perform?
This is the best tool offered by one of the big Job Boards I've seen in a long while and the geo data is very cool based on active openings and active job seekers. You have go to tip your hat to CB for expanding its reach using new tools available...but that is where the problem starts - CB is caught in their own business model using active for active...

When you consider that 2/3 of the working public aren't looking for job ads - you're missing a huge chunk of the available pie of talent. The LA nursing example is a terrific illustration of this. It doesn't pay for CB to offer - but a more effecive tool is to demonstrate the number of nurses working in LA compared to the number of direct competitive openings to Cedars Sinai (not every hospital in the area is a competitor) - those numbers tell a much different story than CB paints...using different methods to approach the nursing public than a job ad is the answer.

Our business will become way more efficient when we start embracing new solutions that don't make use of past poorly performing employment tools like job ads!
