I have spent ALOT of time and Money &quot;Segmenting my DB/List&quot; with a CRM called infusionsoft aimed at small business.. (there are enterprise product out there/comparable)  When candidate receive marketing/messaging, that is targeted, they will LOVE you for it... Best, Brian-</description>
