Good points all around.  I especially agree with your assertion that technology needs to support psychology (and not the other way around).

Let us be thankful that 2009 is all but behind us and look forward to a 2010 that holds the promise of fulfilling some of the hopes left unfulfilled during the current year.  This year was a good one to have spent taking a good hard look at the products and services we offer.  This was a great opportunity for reassessment, re-evaluation, and re-investment in the tools, technology, and science of our offerings.

On the strength of our re-investment efforts, we look forward to 2010 and expect it to be one of our very best years.

Thanks for reminding that the glass is half full.
