The Talent Management Survey results complement the case studies presented in this book. In some instances the results affirm what we have learned through the case studies, and in other ways they provide startling new insights that could only have been revealed through a personal response survey.

Sometimes the truth hurts!
We buy into technology as a solution to make life easier; but it changes the whole dynamics of doing things and make it more complex, as a result. What you are saying is that it is no longer acceptable to just hit the target; you must hit the “bulls eye”. Now that the “bulls eye” is moving, you now have to hit it while you are moving. I can’t wait for part II to see how this is done.
