		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more with this post. We rely heavily on our employees to be attracting, engaging, and recruiting good candidates. They do this via social media and it has helped us win the talent war time after time. 

The job of the Recruiter has to change or the organization will not be able to keep up. Recruiters need to help their employees understand what types of talent they are looking for but the employees are the ones who have the true potential to reel in the big fish. 

I think it takes a lot for an organization to be okay with its employees &quot;playing around&quot; on social media sites but the companies that understand the value are the ones winning top talent.</description>
