Having worked for an RPO I found the experience quite enjoyable. This was domestic, however, not overseas. Geez, this is the 4th reply I have posted today which, for me, must be a record!

We at fusionstaffing.net have been providing RPO services for about 3 years now through our offshore sourcing team in India. We are able to provide lower rates while still directing the sourcing methodology from here in the US. Some of our clients get it and have been successful with the RPO program, yet there is still a percentage that do not follow through on their end when it comes to using the sourced information provided. Internal corporate recruiters seem to be the most averse. They seem to be scared off that since the candidates aren't coming from their direct efforts that we are competing for their job or stealing their opportunity to shine.
