		<description>I love the comment &quot;Individuals who perform the same jobs and have the same qualifications should be paid similar rates.&quot;  If women were paid more equitably, then Lilly Ledbetter would have received the correct compensation/promotions over the years.  Women have historically made less than men.  In a perverse way, I think it is helping to keep the unemployment rate among women lower than men in this recession.  Companies can &quot;outsource&quot; to Americans by keeping the women (who make less) and eliminating the men.</description>
