It then figured out it was horrible at record keeping and and horrible at software quality control and data collection (SSA and E-Verify) and therefore couldn't enforce the rule, so they rescinded it. And this is the government some people hope will run our healthcare and/or healthcare insurance system? Let's not forget Cash for Clunkers! God help us all.
