Wonderful news .. major congrats to Leslie and ERE .. glad to know that "the" sourcing conference has secured strong backing .. and though I love Atlanta, moving the conf around to track ERE makes a lot of sense ..

A great win for our profession. Congrats to Leslie & Co for building a great platform and community. A great opportunity for ERE to continue to build the sourcing + competitive intelligence community.

I am looking forward to SouceCon 3 (wherever it is).

This is GREAT news! Congratulations... think about NEW ORLEANS as a possible next meeting destination and combine a "speciality" pre conference sign up for source con either before or after ERE ... simliar to what SHRM does. I think they would have metrics on whether it pays off or not to help you decide. Best to you!

I recommend you tack a day onto either side of an existing ERE conference for it. That way, maybe the recruiting leadership who needs to better appreciate what sourcing does can physically see/hear some best practices discussed first-hand / meet leading sourcing industry players, since (unfortunately) it often registers more forcefully when someone hears it from an outside respected voice rather than an internal one.
