Jeremy - if it works, I'd do it. We did a program with Jobs2Web last week describing how to write great Tweets to a prospect pool. The key is to make them target specific with a few words highlighting why the person should respond, plus the right #s to make sure they find it.

Great Article Lou! (I love reading your bold, insightful copy) I could not agree more with you.

If you are a well positioned/"battlefield tested" 3rd party recruiter, you are months away from another "gold rush". (Decimated HR dept's/Corp. will need you)

We use Infusionsoft/CRM-which is automated followup marketing platform for recruiting out of AZ. (VC $ from ACT Founder)

There is on single reason corp./recruiters fail to recruit/retain A Talent in good or bad economy, and it is "follow up failure".

The finest Candidates buy when there ready, and YOU must be there in front of them when they ready to make a job transition. (Consumer Automated Marketing addresses these issue/s, especially for SMB)

I agree with Lou, once candidates believe they are "safe" to test the water's, this "churn" will happen at light speed...

Have a wonderful day/weekend all,
