One thing that I want to stress, however, is that I am a firm believer that the ONLINE networking piece is only half of what needs to be done out there. The other 50% comes from the IN-PERSON networking that I feel is super crucial to finding jobs, helping people find jobs, etc. That's why in addition to the online services that we offer, we also host FREE in-person networking events as well. Next one is going to be at Lime in San Francisco, and we're expecting 200-300 people to be there. We're also giving away free paris of jeans to all job seekers.
