SO much good detail in this post. I DO have a red mustache from drinking the employment branding Kool-Aid for 5 years, but I can imagine that anyone who is seeking to grow or change their brand would benefit greatly from taking this to heart. If you don&#039;t have a goal and/or know where you stand in the first place, it&#039;s hard to get anywhere.

One of the key facets of an employment brand is how the REAL employees see your organization. Sure, microsites and digital marketing campaigns help, but recognition &amp; incentive programs can help drive that non-engaged employee into a passionate contributor.
