Not to kill the excitement here, but how is this any different than signing up for CareerBuilder e-mail alerts? Sure, it shows up on your Twitter DMs, but my Twitter DMs go straight to my e-mail, too. It's not like these are exclusive jobs; it's simply a jobs e-mail alert except sent to somewhere you check LESS often.

If we're going to praise CareerBuilder for using SOCIAL media, how about if they continue along the SOCIAL path they started with customer service, except apply it to the job hunting process?

If a corporation like CareerBuilder wants to get involved in social media beyond resume tips, they need to help facilitate connecting top talent with recruiters via social media. If you can do that in a scalable, maybe even profitable model, then you'll be worthy of an ERE post.
