I agree with Howard. Participating in Maureen's Sourcing Group discussions and reading her articles she astutely understands the Recruiting/Sourcing landscape I live in daily.

This is really handy, Maureen. As someone who has had to go through large numbers of internal phone numbers to find the right candidates, I can appreciate what this saves in time and drudgery. Would a project like this at the rate of $20-$50/name cost around $20-$50k, or is there typically a different rate for high-volume projects like this?

Thanks Again,

Maureen, Thanks for the great post. I know you do these things, however for the benefit of others reading this post, I want to point out that you can build on the info you just described how to gather.

For instance, once you have the email domain and a sense for the phone tree structure, you can use Google to reveal a lot more contact information. It will often times turn up association directories, vendor lists and sometimes you find someone has published a whole department directory.

You can search the company's website via Google for certain file types (DOC, PDF, XLS) which will often contain names and contact info.
