Additional things to do:
Concentrate on your core tasks (closing and adding high, strategic value for your customer) and eliminate, automate, or outsource (the &quot;EAO Triple Play&quot;) the rest: leave the scheduling/coordinating, paperwork, metrics, and internet sourcing to the $4.50-$7.50/hr folks.

Also: ask your successful internal folks what they would do to improve things- after all, they&#039;re the ones already doing the job well.

Finally: get accustomed to the concept of &quot;Solution Recruiting&quot;.
