		<description>As a former newsie, I have been following the global meltdown with utter fascination.  We are in for tough times, my friends.  We remain busy thus far (knock on wood) because we&#039;ve taken pains to innovate and to provide a real alternative to other search firms out there . .  . the strong will survive and might even thrive as employers seek way to search more effectively and affordably.</description>
