I don&#039;t. I think we’re due for a major change in staffing employment toward what I call the “Professional Sports Model” where there are a relatively few very well paid world-class recruiters who provide exceptional quality, high value-add services, with most of the rest of recruiting work being eliminated, automated, or outsourced for relatively (or very) low costs. I hope I’m wrong, because it’s been a pretty good run these past 15 years…..
