I absolutely agree that this is the future of recruiting. Jobvite has really started to impress me. Initially, I didn't find much value in their Facebook/LinkedIn apps, as I think it's going to take a long time before you get employees taking the time to find and add applications to their profiles to help their companies out.

Their new JobVite widget, on the other hand, makes it far simpler and really impressed me. I wasn't able to find any jobs that had any matches with any of my friends/connections/followers, so I'm a bit weary on whether the technology even works, but even the concept is brilliant. It's fast, simple and will most definitely drive referrals for companies. We're in a culture of sharing and we love to share everything; even job postings (if given a simple way to do it, of course).

Bravo to JobVite and I look forward to their future, as it will be strong indeed.
