<description>An interesting tool- $25k/yr to handle employee referrals from Facebook that works with a proprietary SW package.

Here&#039;s an additional &quot;tool&quot;:

“As part of our ongoing effort to make ThoughtfulCompany grow, we have implemented an employee referral policy to benefit you. We expect that in the course of the year, you will refer at least one person that we are able to successfully hire, and for each person that you refer to us that we do hire, you will receive $2,000- $7,500 net, depending on the position. We look forward to you helping ThoughtfulCompany and your bank account grow!”

So, now pay ME $25,000/year.....

Cheers,
