		<description>I am one of those middle ages skilled people. It is tru, that companies seem to want quantity over quality these days. How many of these folks will be around in 1-2 years with this kind of talent?
I agree with the writer, seniority is the way to go to get immediate results instead of trial and error results form the young ones, especially in ths economy today.
I am truely happy that US air was lucky enough to keep such a senior memeber onthier staff. What would a young pup have done? Flown into a populated area trying to make the nearest runway? Thiank aboout that next time you are flying....</description>
