Inovahire.com just updated their resume section, and now all job seekers have to do is simply cut and paste their existing resume into their personal profile.  This site is a social network like job board and unique from anything else today.  It&#039;s a two-way street where recruiters can do keyword searches to find candidates and candidates can search for jobs.  All on this one site you can  organize your search, communicate, schedule and have a live online interview.  It&#039;s really amazing.</description>
