I love the idea. There are many sites out there that let you post jobs for free. I think ultimately it's a matter of how easy it is to use the site and how many jobs there are.

If you haven’t been to Inovahire.com, you should go there now. Inovahire.com just updated their resume section, and now all job seekers have to do is simply cut and paste their existing resume into their personal profile. This site is a social network like job board and unique from anything else today. It’s a two-way street where recruiters can do keyword searches to find candidates and candidates can search for jobs. All on this one site you can organize your search, communicate, schedule and have a live online interview. It’s really amazing.
