I couldn’t help but wonder: who are these two third-party agencies Kevin Wheeler is talking about, around 7:30-ish minutes into this interview? The ones he says are delivering candidates at a single price, on a routine basis, on a quick turnaround? In case you were wondering, too: they are Accolo and Decision Toolbox.

This is a great time in recruiting. As Kevin said, companies are seeking more dependable cost-controlling methods to fill their open positions. Novotus and the two other providers Todd mentioned are giving truly successful disruptive options to recruit talent faster.
Check out Novotus’ advisory board members for some familiar industry names. It’s going to be an interesting 2009…
