		<description>I absolutely agree.  A process for continual engagement with community recruting sources provides is vital, to maximize the effcetiveness of this source.  These people are the gatekeepers to a variety of different talent pools and the information (or lack of) they have about your company and your value proposition will either make or break this source.  Partnering with them, rather than engaging on a demand driven basis is a win-win situation.  You receive a steady stream of qualified referrals and they are able to provide a solution to their clients.</description>
