		<description>Great Article. Google wins because they are committed to acquiring the best talent. Period. They engage students early in the proces and in creative/fun ways. Smaller companies don&#039;t have to be intimidated. It doesn&#039;t take a lot of money to do things that engage students, but it does take time and strategy.</description>

If implemented, an College Ambassador Program can transform the stodgy college recruitment practices most organization deploy today. Thanks for sharing.</description>
