Normally these extremely high-value individuals would be untouchable by corporate recruiters..&quot; It is this very mentality of elitism and specialness which contributed to us being in the mess on Wall Street now.  A better assessment heard most recently by the financial brain trust observers is that these are the ones who demonstrated greed, entitlement, gross incompetence, and stupidity.
