Great story. As an Assessment user and champion, I have always said the absolute best way to predict job performance is to give the applicant a simulation that is as true to the job as possible. This is by far the most accurate way to make predictions about performance, no matter if you are a Rock n Roller in England or a file clerk in Des Moines. I firmly believe that such simulations are the future of hiring. We have some technology hurdles to clear before it comes to pass but rest assured, the use of simulations will change dramatically in our lifetimes. PS. I love Journey and I am not afraid to admit it.
