		<description>The video is very nice, but long, 2-3 videos would be better. The only thing is that the video is not Search Engine friendly, not even on Yahoo.  The video needs to be optimized.  A search on Yahoo and Google produces zero (0) results.

		<description>This is a great statement for Liz Claiborne and all of the corporate divisions. IMO, it&#039;s a little long at 6 1/2 minutes, but it&#039;s perfect for the slightly interested prospect who wants to get a better feel for the environment.

Video is the next proving ground for recruitment marketing. 2 years ago, it was whether or not you had a branding video. Today, it&#039;s about the quality of the content and the sizzle and relevance with which it reaches your employee prospects. Blue collar, white collar, green collar - know your audience and speak to their interests and concerns.
