I read a lot about company branding videos to attract candidates to a company, however, not many people are talking about candiate videos. We have implemented a video service from http://www.vipepower.com for our candidates to answer a 30 second question or tell a little about their experience. When a candidate agrees to do it, we have found that it shortens the interview cycle often having the hiring managers go directly to an in person interview and skipping the phone screen option. The Vipe service also allows us to have company videos which we have had a lot of fun with too!

How could the author of this article forget CareerTours? CareerTours has been around for over 2 years and has over 2,700 company videos which makes Careerbuilder, Monster and Jobing video sections seem small. Every job has a video. It’s free to post, too.
