As recruiting firms might have different capabilities & needs, they would have a different pricing model, although that hasn’t been finalized as of yet. I can't see this being used for general recruiting...perhaps for positions already released to TPR and with large recruiting budgets. A 60K and 80K hire would be $3,000 and $4,000 dollars respectively...this is beyond simple publishing a job and networking. When companies don't want to place too many ads online at $300-$400 a pop...I can't see them saying 'sure, we'll pay 3-4 thousand' Also, a 5% fee for hires through the network is a bit much.
