		<description>Great article - and one that touched on a number of points covered by the Human Capital Institute webcast on Re-evaluating Diversity in Corporate America, presented by Steve Pemberton, Chief Diversity Officer, Monster and co-sponsored by SmartSearch talent acquisition software. The webcast was an example of Monster’s continued commitment to illuminating the critical issues surrounding diversity recruiting.

I especially enjoyed how the Monster presentation put the concept of Diversity in a historical perspective, and discussed making the business case in business terms. For example, diversification of one's investment portfolio is always advisable.

I'm proud that the SmartSearch ATS was the first Monster HR Alliance member to integrate with the Monster Diversity &#38; Inclusion Recruitment Solution to better connect employers with a wider, more diverse audience of job seekers.

Diversity recruiting is not a new idea, and as we increasingly work &#38; recruit in a global ecomony, it is time we all took a look at re-evaluating the process - and the advantages.
