I’m surprised you never mention the criminal ramifications for corporate raiding. This is a federal offense to recruit so many people from one company where your actions would cripple the companies ability to perform. There are Antitrust Laws that are enforced against such companies that would do this, or agencies for that matter. It’s criminal behavior you are encouraging.</description>

		<description>I like this article and it gives third party recruiters some extra clarity about the many ways they can help their clients but more importantly it gives them the concepts they should incorporate into the way they sell their services for higher fees. Sometimes corporate recruiters only see third party recruiters as people who fill positions for a fee. 

If I were to start another recruiting firm one day, My slogan no matter what industry I recruited in would be &quot; we Bring your Competition to you&quot; Unless of course someone else is using it.</description>
