<description>We find tremendous value in social networking on a name generation level when we are sourcing information on recruiting projects. We source candidates based on a profile we develop for each recruiting project. If we are targeting a certain company or job title the social networking sites yield us great information. Even if it is just a name and current company they work at. We can figure out the rest of the information we need to be able to make contact with that person.

Social Networking sites combined with old school recruiting practices can step up any recruiters ability to find the right person. We have been offering our clients a name generation service that helps them develop pools of passive candidates to speak with about their opportunities.
