		<description>I checked the demo. looks like a cool dashboard for corporate recruiter to play with and feel like they are doing something. The concept of lowering your hiring requirements to find a candidate is sort of obvious and does not seem like the a way to find the best, but settle for good enough. Expanding the pool of candidates by accepting less qualified candidates is not really &quot;magic&quot; as MPG describes it.</description>
