This is really exciting news for our industry and each others current business models can be introduced to the other's clients allowing all companies to fully see the value of "both" sides of recruiting and how it can effectively be implemented in their organizations.</description>

		<description>I like the idea of these two companies combining - a complementary meshing that covers the active through passive  (apologies in advance to those who dislike those candidate labels) continuum, with apparently little overlap.  I look forward to seeing what synergies result.</description>
