		<description>Thanks again, Lou. Your insight is spot on. The aggregators may not have aquired the level of visibility that the traditional boards have, but that is rapidly changing. For 3 years I&#039;ve been referring people to Indeed.com. Only in the past several months have I noticed that people are already aware of Indeed. Once people are aware of the aggregators, they never look back.

Aggregators are great for competitive info as well.
