I dig the man&#039;s enthusiasm, but I would not bet big money on either premise. 

Furthermore, IMHO, Recruiting, Compensation, and Performance are one thing, while Development and Succession as something is wholly different; done by different people, with different objectives, and for the latter, activities partially if not wholly political.

Software will not replace many of the political arts, and only really applies to the top thousand or so enterprises- the iceberg of our industry is far below those firms.</description>
