I myself have been defrauded by Jigsaw Data Corporation. I gave them enough data that I would have won their their last two months for their so called contests where they provide 1st, 2nd and third place "awards" of $250, $100 and $50 for the most data in three different categories entered, updated and referrals!

They couldn't even get the data for major companies like Xerox correct until I yelled and screamed! I tried to update their data concerning this and many other companies, but found myself being not only penalized but then suddenly "LOCKED OUT" for providing not only accurate information, but for pointing out major problems in how their system permits inaccurate data to remain on their servers while those persons like myself who diligently tried to correct inaccurate data were penalized and forcefully removed from their "services".

A group of us have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the California Attorney General and are even contemplating litigation! Their data is woefully inaccurately and is sparce at best!

Interested people should contact me at (802) 479-3384 or they can email me at wn05641zz@yahoo.com for further information or to provide any other information concerning their own experiences.

Privacy Matters? Defense Lawyers Fight DNA Samples Gained on Sly
DNA gathered surreptitiously helps get guilty verdicts, but critics say the practice violates privacy rights. Story <a href="http://www.nytimes.com/2008/04/03/science/03dna.html?_r=1&th&emc=th&oref=slogin">here</a>.
