		<description>John, in reading your article, I find the value in &#039;Approach 4&#039;.  Unfortunately, I had to pan through the same material we see each and every day to get there (&#039;employment branding&#039;, &#039;employee referrals&#039;, &#039;web attraction&#039; . . . etc., etc., etc.)

With that, the value within that subsection surrounds the few lines regarding sponsoring social events (I say that because including a bulletpoint on attending trade shows is pretty par-for-the-course with what every other consultant out there says and tries to sell).

At the end of the day, what I&#039;m seeing in your article is a redirection to undergraduate Marketing 101.  I greatly enjoy many of your articles, but would respectfully appreciate greater rigor and data substantiation in your works.

Would you be able to redirect readers to some of your peer-reviewed type of work (i.e. PhD-specific) so that we can move away from speculation and more into data-driven material and research?</description>
