You remind us of the old adage, &#039;If you&#039;re not recruiting your best people, someone else is.&#039;  We need to take every opportunity, every &#039;Moment&#039;, to re-recruit our present employees and make them feel valued and part of the organization.

So many people thinks recruiting stops once they start.  On the contrary, that&#039;s when the most important recruiting starts because now HR and management can start grooming and thinking of the employee as part of the future management or strategic team.
