We need to take every opportunity, every 'Moment', to re-recruit our present employees and make them feel valued and part of the organization. So many people thinks recruiting stops once they start. On the contrary, that's when the most important recruiting starts because now HR and management can start grooming and thinking of the employee as part of the future management or strategic team.
