		<description>An excellent article.  Too many companies spend too much time and money on implementing an ATS/TMS without enough focus on process definition, assessment, and process responsibility.  I love the idea of negative space communication.  I can not tell you how many candidates I have lost because they ?fell through the cracks.?  Sometimes it seems like there are more cracks than floor!</description>
