This is a major ripoff. The people responsible (those at the top of Axium) did not pay IRS w2 taxes to the tune of almost $100M and basically collected money from the end client that did not get paid to the firm. They are in effect brokers and did not hold the money in escrow. Criminal. They belong in jail.

It is a warning to all those that use third party VMS systems. Scares me bad. It could happen to any of us. These firms whittle the margins to nothing through strong armed tactics, hold the money while they make interest on it, act like they are the 'good guys' to the client, and in general just get in the way of good service. The end client gets poor service and EVERYONE ultimately looses. They are just bad business. It won't be the last of these to flame out spectacularly.
