Recruting in a word always brings to mind the military. I wonder how many job seekers would be drawn to the internet on such a controversial arrangement. But there is a greater challenge recruting people for uncanny positions. Exposure is a key element. Just like someone who has never traveled before you may have more spontaneity and plan very little. Entering the military you may be fearful of the harsh environment and limiting baracks; however, you do have a real sense of purpose with an avoidance of 'I am going to quit,' attitudes. There is a real standard of bravery, courage, and resilience that allows for leverage withing the government. You may achieve avoidance of being stuck in a position you are overqualified for even if your experience doesn't measure up. There are a lot of partialities on a resume and so much to fathom with in reality.
