		<description>There have been countless studies validating that the qualities that make for a great founding CEO for a startup are not the qualities you want in the CEO that can take the company to the next stage.  Jason had the energy, vision, etc., for stage 1, and now a different type of CEO is needed for stage 2.  He can move on to create another startup with the same skills he brought to putting Jobster into existence.  Case closed.</description>
