one thing your readers might also want to consider is traditional &#039;SWOT&#039; analysis - strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threads - for each key competitor, and perhaps define several in a matrix...helps to see where and how things might hurt down the road, or where to push levers in the case of an advantage...</description>
